Vegas Unstripped 2026

Vegas Unstripped is a one-night-only culinary showcase that brings together the city’s most acclaimed independent chefs for an immersive, passion-driven food experience. Held annually since 2018, the event invites chefs to ditch the menus and create one-of-a-kind dishes that reflect their creativity, heritage, and bold experimentation.

The event is fully nonprofit, with all proceeds supporting underserved local charities—and all chef expenses covered.

Hosted at the Palms Casino Resort, Vegas Unstripped welcomes 1,500–2,000 of the region’s most engaged food lovers, media tastemakers, and industry insiders for an evening of cutting-edge cuisine, drinks, and vibrant cultural exchange. Past participating chefs have included Chopped and Top Chef winners, James Beard nominees, and Best of Las Vegas honorees.
