The Big E 2025

The Big E is the largest fair in the Northeast and one of the top ten in North America, drawing over 1.6 million attendees to West Springfield, Massachusetts every September. Officially known as The Eastern States Exposition, this 17-day mega-event showcases the best of all six New England states through agriculture, food, music, art, and commerce.

From its famous Avenue of States (where each New England state has its own full-scale building) to top-tier concerts, livestock competitions, cultural exhibits, and over 800 vendors, The Big E is a celebration of community, tradition, and regional pride—backed by the scale and reach of a national event.
