More than a traditional food festival, RARE is a head-to-head chef competition where the city’s top steakhouses and culinary talent go live-fire to compete across two judged categories: Traditional Steak and Creative Steak. Each chef pairs their dish with a signature cocktail, while guests enjoy curated wine, bourbon, and premium spirits throughout the venue.
