Ragnar Relay Series 2026

Ragnar is America’s original team relay race—and it’s unlike anything else in endurance sports. Stretching across trailheads, coastlines, and scenic routes from California to Vermont, Ragnar offers two core formats: rugged Trail Relays and city-to-country Road Relays.

Teams of 4–12 runners conquer 120–200 miles, trading off legs through day and night, surrounded by nature or immersed in iconic towns. With events built around “tent village” camaraderie or multi-van road trips, Ragnar is as much about shared adventure and emotional high-fives as it is about fitness.

The 2025 series includes over 20 confirmed dates across the U.S., including SoCal, Michigan, Vermont, and Zion.
