Palm Desert Food & Wine, presented by Agua Caliente Casinos, is the Coachella Valley’s flagship culinary celebration. Held annually in March, the festival draws top-tier chefs, sommeliers, and food lovers to the iconic El Paseo district for an indulgent four-day experience.

From celebrity chef demos and wine pairings to caviar tastings and curated luncheons, the event blends luxury with accessibility. Guests enjoy immersive activations such as the James Beard Gourmet Luncheon, exclusive Champagne & Caviar tastings, and meet-and-greets with Food Network stars.

In 2025, the event generated over $2.25 million in economic impact and delivered more than 16 million impressions through a cross-platform media blitz, making it one of the region’s most brand-forward food events.
