DONNA Marathon Weekend is one of the nation’s most purpose-driven endurance events—uniting runners, survivors, and supporters in the fight to finish breast cancer.

Held in Jacksonville and the Beaches, this multi-day celebration includes the DONNA 5K, DONNA Dash, and the National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer. The experience fuses high-performance racing with deep emotional purpose, all benefitting The DONNA Foundation, which supports thousands of breast cancer patients annually.
